Lunch was Luby's, roast beef and two servings of cabbage. About 6g carbs, 45g protein.
I had a happy hour with some colleagues -- red wine and a cheese plate. I ate a little more cheese than this, and some proscuitto with marinated peppers, not shown, too. About 2g carbs, 15g protein.
I didn't really want much dinner, so I just had a container of Greek yogurt; I added some almond extract and granulated erithrytol sweetener. About 6g carbs, 12g protein.
Totals for the day are 14g carbs, 82g protein.
