Oops! I didn't forget about the photo this time, but forgot my phone; it was just bacon, though, which we've seen plenty. No carbs, 10g protein.


This is a McD's homestyle burger, no bun; about 2g carbs (for the onions and tomato) and 19g protein.


Dinner was at Cracker Barrel, which has a great low-carb menu. This was the grilled steak salad; it's listed as 7g net carbs on the menu, but that includes an entire tomato and several red onion slices, which I didn't eat. I'm calling this 4g carbs, and 50g protein.

Totals for the day are 6g carbs (I don't think I've ever had a lower day), and 79g protein.
