Today was all about the snacking; I was stuck at the house waiting for some things but didn't feel like cooking or other food prep. I didn't eat an actual full meal until about 8 pm, and then in a total dingbat move I failed to take a picture of it.


It started off normal enough, with bacon. No carbs, 10g protein.


I had some beef sticks; about 2g carbs, 9g protein.


And some low-carb yogurt. 3g carbs, 12g protein.


About 3oz of cheddar. No carbs, 18g protein.


Some olives, 2g carbs and no protein.


And a squeeze packet of almond butter with a bit of honey; I bought them for my daughter, but she was unimpressed. I, on the other hand, like this a lot, and it's only got 7g carbs, with 6g protein.


Then I got around to actually cooking something; a 3-egg omelet with ham and cheese. About 2g carbs, 30g protein.


Another lemon/raspberry mousse -- 6g carbs, 1g protein.


Some more beef sticks -- 2g carbs, 9g protein.


And finally some chocolate; 5g carbs, 3g protein.

Totals for the day were 29g carbs, 98g protein. Even though I pretty much ate all day long, I'm still within both my goal ranges.
