Vacation's over and I'm back to something like the routine, but I didn't get the phone fixed until late in the day, so still no pictures.
I had an appointment in the morning, and got out of the house without breakfast, so I stopped at Starbucks for a caffe Americano, with cream. About 3g carbs, 2g protein.
Lunch I had at home, just a bowl of tuna salad. About 3g carbs, 22g protein.
I had dinner at The Black-Eyed Pea, and stuck to my usual pot roast with broccoli and green beans. About 13g carbs, 73g protein.
And then I also had a cup of low-carb yogurt. 3g carbs, 12g protein.
Totals for the day are 22g carbs, 109g protein.
Phone's fixed, so the pictures will be back tomorrow!
