As usual, bacon for breakfast. No carbs, 10g protein.
Lunch was a salad, grilled lemon-pepper catfish, and steamed broccoli. Yum! About 8g carbs, 50g protein.
Dinner ended up being fish again; sometimes that happens. Grilled tilapia and veggies at LJS, for 6g carbs, 24g protein.
And a day as hard as the one I had calls for chocolate. 4 squares of Lindt 85% cocoa chocolate have 5g carbs, 3g protein.
Totals for the day are 19g carbs, 87g protein.
