Sticking with a good thing, it's bacon for breakfast again. No carbs, 10g protein.


I decided to indulge in a bit of chocolate mid-morning. 3g carbs, 2g protein.


McD's double cheeseburger, no bun; about 5g carbs and 20g protein.


Beef brisket with Jenny's super low-carb BBQ sauce, Brussels sprouts, and a lemon/raspberry mousse dessert. About 13g carbs, 65g protein.


And then I got a little crazy with the snacks. 2.5 oz of black truffle gouda (amazing, by the way) for 0g carbs, 15g protein.


And some olives, only about 3g carbs (if that), no protein.


And some more chocolate. 8g carbs, 3g protein.

Totals for the day were about 32g carbs, 115g protein.
