Lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings -- naked tenders and salad as always there. These tenders were huge, much bigger than usual, so I only ate three, but I figure it's about the same as the four I usually eat. About 4g carbs, 30g protein.
Great new menu item from Rockfish -- this is tilapia Pontchartrain, which has a creamy cajun sauce with crawfish and shrimp over a big pile of tilapia, and a huge mess of sauteed spinach. Straight off the menu, no fiddling or figuring required, 9g carbs, 61g protein.
I had a couple of ounces of Heart of England cheese as a snack. No carbs, 12g protein.
I resisted having a second snack, telling myself it was just the munchies, until I started mentally adding up what I'd eaten, and realized I was probably really low on calories, even after the cheese. So I had a bunch of olives. About 2g carbs, no protein (but a couple hundred calories worth of very good fats).
Totals for the day are 15g carbs, 113g protein.
