I had lunch at home -- tuna salad and blueberries. About 13g carbs, 25g protein.
Dinner was the Guiltless Carne Asada from Chili's, with broccoli instead of mixed veggies. About 8g carbs, 50g protein.
And 4 squares of lovely Lindt 85% cocoa chocolate. 5g carbs, 3g protein.
Totals for the day are 26g carbs, 88g protein.
