March 25, 2009


Uh oh, I seem to be out of the swing of things, since I forgot to take a picture of my breakfast. It was just bacon, so it's not like you've not seen it before. No carbs, 10g protein.


Lunch was carne guisada; the kitchen didn't quite comply with my "no sides" request, but I didn't eat the beans they put on the plate. About 6g carbs and 45g protein.


I love this dinner -- tilapia Pontchartrain from Rockfish. 9g carbs and 61g protein.


And a little bit of dark chocolate to end the day. 3g carbs, 2g protein.

Totals for the day were 18g carbs, 118g protein.
