Carne guisada for lunch; I really love this stuff. About 6g carbs, 50g protein.
A couple of Old Wisconsin beef sticks. About 1g carbs, 6g protein.
Salad with blue cheese dressing, and a prime rib with broccoli. About 10g carbs, 52g protein.
Totals for the day are 17g carbs, 118g protein; a little high on that last one, but I don't make a habit of it.
