The usual bacon breakfast. No carbs, 10g protein.


This has to be the best fast-food lunch available -- the shrimp scampi entree from Long John Silver's, with veggies instead of rice. 6g carbs, 17g protein.


I had planned a more elaborate dinner, but a nasty cold absolutely crashed in on me mid-afternoon, so I went with snacky stuff instead. I had 2oz of braunschweiger slices with mustard, and 3oz of cheddar. About 3g carbs, 27g protein.


And I had some flavored almonds. These have 9g carbs, about 10g protein.


I also had some pickles; these are bread-and-butter pickles made with Splenda, and have about 1g carbs per ounce. This bowlful has 3g carbs, no protein.

Totals for the day are about 21g carbs, and a little light on the protein at only 64g; I just didn't feel like much in the evening.
