More bacon for breakfast. No carbs, 10g protein.


And since it's the day before Valentine's Day, I had the last of my little box of conversation hearts. 7g carbs, no protein.


Lunch was a caesar salad with shrimp and no croutons, from Chili's -- 6g carbs, 23g protein.


I'm not sure how long this fudge will last (although I've kept it in the fridge), so I'm going to be having it over the next few days. This portion has about 3g carbs, 3g protein.


Dinner was migas, at IHOP; I also was served broccoli, but they brought it late and it wasn't very good (the kitchen was a mess tonight, apparently), so I didn't eat it. About 7g carbs, 28g protein.


I also had some more chocolate; Hershey's Cacao Reserve, dark truffles. About 10g carbs, 3g protein.

Totals for today are 33g carbs, 67g protein -- both lunch and dinner were unusually light, and I didn't compensate with a snack, which I probably should have done.
