Still in the bacon-for-breakfast rut. No carbs, 10g protein.
I had lunch at Red Robin -- a mushroom and swiss burger, no bun, and the really delicious veggie mix they offer. About 10g carbs, 50g protein.
In the afternoon, I had another small group of conversation hearts. It's funny -- I enjoy having this little amount just as much as I used to enjoy eating a whole box (or more) before I went low-carb. It takes me longer to eat them, too. 7g carbs, no protein.
I ended up having hamburger for dinner also, due to a planning hiccup -- my son invited a friend for dinner and I had to make something that could stretch to an extra person. I had my hamburger with some St. Agur blue cheese on top, and a side of broccoli; I also had a dish of peaches, in a Splenda-sweetened syrup, with only 7g carbs per serving. About 13g carbs for dinner, and 26g protein.
Totals for the day are 30g carbs, 86g protein.
