Brunch was a double batch of low-carb pancakes; I'm quite happy with this recipe as I've now modified it. About 4g carbs, 46g protein.
About 2oz of Heart of England cheese; I love this cheese. No carbs, 12g protein.
And 3 tiny Toblerone bars; about 9g carbs, 1g protein.
Dinner was a salad with blue cheese dressing, prime rib, and broccoli. About 10g carbs, 52g protein.
Totals for the day were 23g carbs, 111g protein.
