We needed to run errands around dinner time, which affected the choice of restaurant. Naked tenders and a side salad at Buffalo Wild Wings have about 4g carbs, 30g protein.
I was definitely running light on protein, so I had a high-protein snack of ham strips. No carbs, about 24g protein.
And I had some chocolate -- 3 mini Toblerone bars have 9g carbs, 1g protein.
Totals for the day were 19g carbs, 88g protein.
