Bacon for breakfast as usual; no carbs, 10g protein.


Lunch was homemade tuna salad, enough fresh pineapple to constitute 10g of carbs (I was craving some fruit -- that's part of what had me snacking so much the day before), and 2 squares of Lindt 85% cocoa chocolate. About 16g carbs, 26g protein.


Dinner was beef brisket, with Jenny's almost-no-carb BBQ sauce, some Brussels sprouts, and one of those little lemon-raspberry mousse things I discovered a couple weeks ago. About 13g carbs, 55g protein.


And a snack; the last of the low-carb fudge, and an ounce and a half of Taleggio Dop cheese. About 3g carbs, 13g protein.

Totals for the day were 32g carbs, 104g protein.
