I started off the day with CarbMaster yogurt; 3g carbs, 12g protein.
Lunch was the Ultimate Club salad at Blimpie's -- 9g carbs, 29g protein.
I actually cooked at home for dinner! It was good, too. Mashed cauliflower, with plenty of butter, shredded cheese, and sour cream, and skirt steak rolled around a mix of parmesan, bacon, and spinach. About 6g carbs, and 60g protein.
I felt like a little indulgence after dinner, so I had some chocolate -- the last two squares of my sugar-free Vosges Red Fire bar, and 1 Lindt dark chocolate truffle. 11g carbs, and 3g protein.
Totals for the day are fine: 29g carbs, 104g protein. I am raising my protein limits just a bit; I'll talk about why in anothe post, shortly.
