Bacon starts the day off right! I am, by the way, so amused by Mike Nelson's Month of Bacon challenge. I don't like it quite that much. But it's good breakfast. No carbs, 10g protein.

Lunch was a business lunch, and kind of big: a salad with blue cheese dressing, and lemon-pepper grilled catfish fillets with broccoli. I didn't finish either. For what I did eat, about 8g carbs, and about 60g protein. Sorry for the blurry photos; I was trying to be unobtrusive, and didn't get good shots.

In the afternoon, I had another portion of my carefully hoarded chalky hearts. 7g carbs, no protein.

Dinner was leftovers -- more of the mashed cauliflower with cheese and sour cream (one head of cauliflower makes a LOT; it's a good thing I like it), and the last of the roast turkey from the other day. About 5g carbs, 15g protein.

And after dinner, I had a snack, of the fudge that I made the night before. These 5 pieces have about 4g carbs and 5g protein.

Totals for the day are 24g carbs, and 90g protein.
