Started the day with yogurt, which is easier to manage standing around watching kids' sports than bacon. 3g carbs, 12g protein.
Lunch at Wendy's; this is a Baconator, no bun. About 4g carbs (there's some ketchup on there, and American cheese has some), 54g protein.
For a snack, I had 2oz of Heart of England cheese, and some kalamata olives. About 5g carbs, 12g protein.
Dinner was meatballs and Brussells sprouts; about 16g carbs, 27g protein.
More of the fudge that I'm trying to finish up; about 4g carbs, 5g protein.
And about 2oz cheddar as a late-night snack; no carbs, 12g protein.
Totals for the day are 32g carbs, 122g protein, which is over my usual limit but the prior day was low.
