Still out of bacon, so I had sausage for breakfast. 4g carbs, 10g protein.


Breakfast was late, and yesterday's dinner was huge, so I didn't really eat lunch. Instead I just had some chocolate (see below), and...


...some Appenzeller cheese. I like this stuff; I bought more today. No carbs, 14g protein.


Dinner was from the Black-eyed Pea; the same pot roast, broccoli, and green beans I usually get, but the full-sized dinner portion rather than the smaller lunch portion. 13g carbs, 73g protein.


After dinner, I had some more cheese, this time 2oz of double-glouchester and stilton in layers. No carbs, 12g protein.


And some more chocolate -- together with what I had earlier in the day, 5g carbs, 3g protein.

Totals for the day were 22g carbs, 112g protein.
