I'm out of bacon, so I had yogurt for breakfast. 3g carbs, 12g protein.


I really wasn't hungry at lunchtime, so I had just some sausage. 4g carbs, 10g protein.


And a bit later I had some chocolate, Lindt 85%. 3g carbs, 2g protein.

And then I took the evening off from photographing my food, because I was out for a social event. But you'll still get my menu and my estimate of macronutrient counts.
I had two glasses of dry red wine (insignificant carbs, no protein), about a dozen shrimp with cocktail sauce (3g carbs, 24g protein), some veggies with a cream-cheese/spinach dip (2g carbs, 2g protein), about 8 broiled crab fingers (no carbs, 16g protein), 4 small plantain chips and one piece of grilled plantain (6g carbs, no protein), a grilled lamb tenderloin (no carbs, 48g protein), and cappuccino sweetened with Splenda (8g carbs, 5g protein). Totals for the meal are about 19g carbs, 95g protein; big, but you gotta splurge once in a while.

Totals for the day were 29g carbs, 119g protein.
