Started the day with bacon again; no carbs, 10g protein.
And more bacon! This is a Wendy's baconator, no bun. 4g carbs, 54g protein.
I went out with my girlfriends for the evening. We started with drinks -- a vodka martini, lemon twist, has neither carbs nor protein. I had two.
Here's an awesomely low-carb friendly appetizer -- beef carpaccio. There's a smidge of carb to be picked up in the capers and onions, so I'm going to call it 3g carbs, 6g protein (it was very thin beef).
Dinner was a fillet, with a grilled tomato, asparagus, and spinach. About 8g carbs for the veggies, 50g protein.
And then the niftiest little dessert! This is a cheesecake lollypop -- a little ball of cherry cheese cake with a chocolate and cherry candy shell. The whole thing was about an inch across, but I don't want to underreport the carbs; I'll call it 10g carbs (I don't see how it could be more), and 2g protein.
Totals for the day are 25g carbs, 122g protein.
