Grilled catfish and veggies from Rockfish; I really like this, although I sort of miss their jalapeno fritters. About 8g carbs, 40g protein.
I was at home, in the dangerous food-accessibility zone, during the afternoon, so I had a little of the fudge that I made a while back. 2g carbs, 2g protein.
Chicken enchiladas with tomatillo sauce; I dumped the filling out of the tortillas and didn't eat those. About 5g carbs, 40g protein.
And a late snack of cheddar cheese, about 3 oz. No carbs, 18g protein.
Totals for the day are 15g carbs, 110g protein.

You and Rev have totally broken me, now. I have 3.25 lbs of bacon in my fridge await its opportunity to provide me with several hassle-free and tasty meals.
