I had bacon for breakfast again; no carbs, and 10g protein.
For lunch, I went to Luby's, and had roast beef and two helpings of their cabbage, which I really love. About 6g carbs, and 45g protein.
I'm really pleased with this dinner! I sauteed some shrimp in olive oil and garlic, and then added those, crumbled bacon, parmesan cheese, and some balsamic vinegar to a bowl of fresh spinach -- it was great! About 10g carbs, 25g protein.
Because dinner was on the light side, I also had a cup of CarbMaster yogurt; 3g carbs, 12g protein.
And I had a small dark chocolate bar. 8g carbs, 2g protein.
Totals for the day were 27g carbs, 94g protein.
