Started the day with bacon. No carbs, 10g protein.
It's a holiday, so a lot more snacks than is usual for a weekday. These 4 squares of chocolate are Lindt 85% cocoa, so only 5g carbs, 3g protein.
Lunch was simple; 3oz each of honey ham and Heart of England cheese, and a bit of honey dijon mustard. About 6g carbs, 36g protein.
An ounce of mixed nuts has about 6g carbs, 7g protein.
And some more of the fudge I am still trying to finish off (quadrupling the recipe results in a lot). 4g carbs, 5g protein.
Dinner was meatballs; the sauce is Jenny's almost-no-carb barbeque sauce, which is just as good as she says it is! 13g carbs, 30g protein.
For dessert, 3/4 cup cottage cheese with Torani syrup. 5g carbs, 21g protein.
And as a final snack, 2oz of beef summer sausage. No carbs, 9g protein.
Totals for the day are 39g carbs, 121g protein; running a little high on both counts, but not seriously out of line, especially given how much snacking I did.
