One of my common breakfasts -- bacon strips. No carbs, 10g protein.
More breakfast food for lunch today -- I had migas at IHOP again, this time with chorizo mixed in, and with a side of fruit instead of broccoli. I didn't eat the grapes. About 13g of carbs, and about 40g of protein.
For supper I had more "low carb pizza" (toppings, no crust). These pieces were a little smaller than the ones I had the other day, and with more meat and fewer veggies, so I'm going to say about 6g carbs and 45g protein.
And then I blew my eating plan off altogether, and had a piece of cake. Not a miniature sliver like I had the other day either, but a regular piece. I did at least weigh it, not guess -- it was 90g, which means it has about 50g of carbs all by itself. I blew my blood sugar up proper, with this -- it was 147 at one hour, and is still 133 at two. At least it does have the utility of clamping an absolute upper limit on what I can have. I've got six months till the next kid has a birthday -- hopefully this'll be the last time I really blow it up between now and then.
Carb totals are pretty dreadful today -- 69g, way over my 50g limit (predictable, since the cake was 50 all by itself). Protein is 95g, which is okay.

I am jealous because, geez, I had smoked brats with a couple of low carb tortillas, cheddar, and half a cup of blueberries, and I was 144 hours later. Not a triumphant result for the day after the fast. I'm wondering if I may really in fact be gluten sensitive like previously theorized, because that's ridiculous. (Although the blueberries were, really, too much for one meal for me. I simply had a braino.)
