Okay, so, today I managed to get the protein powder into the protein shake, but then I had a catastrophic cup failure, so I only consumed about 3/4 of this. If I'd drunk the whole thing, it would've had 5g carbs, 24g protein -- let's call it 4g carbs, 18g protein for the reduced version. (I'm sorry for this terrible photo -- this was so not my morning.)
Delicious lunch! I got take-out from The Black-Eyed Pea -- pot roast, broccoli, and green beans, in the slightly-smaller lunch serving. About 10g carbs, and 40g protein, and it was wonderful -- 3 different people stuck their heads in my office to ask what I was eating, because it smelled so good.
For dinner, I made myself an omelet with about a half ounce of shredded cheddar, and accompanied it with some kalamata olives and enough strawberries to constitute 10g of carbs (I use this scale to weigh out foods and get the carb content automatically). About 12g carbs, and 20g protein.
I felt like a crunchy snack, so I had an ounce of pork rinds. No carbs, about 16g protein.
Totals for the day are 26g carbs, 94g protein. I'm pretty pleased with myself for the day.
