Grabbed another yogurt for breakfast, eaten in the car on the way to 8:15a cheerleading practice. 3g carbs, 4g protein.
I think this is about the best low-carb meal available at any fast-food restaurant -- Long John Silver's tilapia and veggies, from the Freshside Grille menu, with extra veggies subbed for the rice. The veggie mix isn't super low-carb, since it contains carrots and squash, but it's okay, and both the veggies and the fish are delicious. 11g carbs, and 24g protein.
I ended up with seafood again for dinner, since I was eating with a group. Broiled lemon pepper scallops, and veggies dominated by broccoli and cauliflower. I only ate half of this, and took the rest home for lunch the next day. About 6g carbs, and 32g protein.
I was really too light on protein today, so I had a snack around bedtime of 3oz roast turkey. No carbs to speak of, and another 24g protein.
And then I had a little chocolate bar, because I just felt like it. 9g carbs, 1g protein in this.
Totals for today were 28g carbs, 85g protein, right on target.
